SafeMed Box helps older adults, families, and caregivers organize medicines: take a medicine-bag photo, scan a QR/barcode, or enter medicine names and directions manually. It uses red, orange, blue, and green reminders for common high-risk medication combinations.
It does not replace doctors or pharmacists. Its job is to organize medication information clearly so you can ask a qualified professional with better context.

App 可下載並驗證公開或授權藥品資料包，再由使用者決定是否啟用更新。The app can download and verify drug-data packages, then lets the user decide whether to update.
把用藥整理成家人、藥師或醫師看得懂的摘要，不鼓勵自行停藥或改藥。Summaries help discussions with family, pharmacists, or doctors and never encourage self-directed medication changes.
紅橘藍綠，先講清楚風險Clear risk levels first
可能涉及嚴重出血、呼吸抑制或重大交互作用。May involve serious bleeding, respiratory depression, or major interactions.
需要監測、間隔服用、避免重複或確認腎臟、跌倒、低血糖等風險。Needs monitoring, spacing, duplicate-checking, or confirmation of renal, fall, or hypoglycemia risk.
資料不足時不假裝安全，而是提醒帶藥袋詢問藥師。When data is insufficient, the app does not pretend it is safe; it asks users to check with a pharmacist.
目前未見明顯高風險規則命中，仍應依處方與專業建議使用。No obvious high-risk rule is found, but medicines should still follow prescriptions and professional advice.
